Cinematic Merchant Event Terms & Conditions Template

1. Acceptance
By purchasing, registering for, or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tickets
All ticket sales are subject to availability. Prices, fees, taxes, and event details may change until purchase is complete.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers selected by the Merchant. By completing a purchase you authorize the applicable payment.
4. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued only when required by law or expressly offered by the Merchant.
5. Event Changes
The Merchant may change the event date, time, venue, performers, schedule, seating, or other details. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders.
6. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, remedies will be determined by the Merchant and applicable law.
7. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may only be transferred if the Merchant permits transfers through the ticketing platform.
8. Resale
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or commercial use of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
9. Admission
Entry requires a valid ticket. The Merchant may refuse admission or remove attendees for safety, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of venue rules.
10. Recording
Unless permitted, audio, video, livestreaming, or commercial photography may be prohibited.
11. Media Release
Attendance may result in photography or video recording. By attending, you grant the Merchant permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
12. Code of Conduct
Guests must comply with venue rules and applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Merchant, TicketSocket, venue, sponsors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from attendance or inability to attend the event.
14. Force Majeure
Neither the Merchant nor TicketSocket is responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or utility failures.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Merchant's Privacy Policy. TicketSocket acts as the Merchant's technology provider for ticketing services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where the Merchant is organized unless otherwise required by law.
17. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

1. Overview

2. General Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for missed events, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, travel costs, or weather conditions that do not result in cancellation.
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, eligible purchasers will generally receive a refund, account credit, or other remedy determined by the Merchant and applicable law.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will generally remain valid for the new date. If refunds are offered, the Merchant will communicate the refund window and eligibility requirements.
5. Performer, Venue, or Schedule Changes
Artists, speakers, teams, attractions, supporting acts, seating assignments, start times, or venue details may change without creating an automatic right to a refund unless required by law or expressly offered by the Merchant.
6. Processing Fees
Ticketing, payment processing, facility, delivery, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless prohibited by law or otherwise stated by the Merchant.
7. Transfer and Exchange Requests
Where enabled by the Merchant, tickets may be transferred or exchanged using approved platform features. Availability and restrictions are determined by the Merchant.
8. Duplicate or Fraudulent Purchases
If duplicate transactions or unauthorized charges are reported, the Merchant may investigate and issue refunds when appropriate.
9. Chargebacks
Customers should contact the Merchant before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation or account restrictions where permitted by law.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days.
